COLD SLAW WITH BUTTERMILK DRESSING
½ head of cabbage, shredded (about 6 cups)
½ cup buttermilk
1/3 cup mayonnaise
6 tablespoons or ½ cup fresh Italian parsley, chopped finely
1 garlic cloves, minced (I use a microplane)
½ of a fresh squeezed lemon
Kosher Salt and Freshly Ground Pepper
Whisk buttermilk dressing in a large bowl.
Add your shredded cabbage to it and mix thoroughly. Taste and correct for seasoning adding more salt and pepper if necessary.
