Celebrated our 30th wedding anniversary in Positano where we went for our honeymoon. Took a boat ride out to an amazing restaurant, La Conca del Sogna and ordered a dish they are famous for, Spaghetti with zucchini. It was truly amazing. We also shared Branzino baked in Kosher Salt which they served with a lovely Parsley and Mint Vinaigrette, and ended this amazing dining experience with Pistachio Profiteroles. Perhaps my favortie dining experience of my life.
The other one was not surprisingly in Italy as well. It was in Tuscany in a tiny town called Montefollenico at a restaurant named La Chiusa. We went there for our 10th wedding anniversary and they hand rolled the spaghetti in front of you. A woman came out of the kitchen with an apron on and wheeled out the dough to your table.
