After much experimenting I decided to substitute the green beans in tomato gravy with sauteed spinach in olive oil and garlic. Although I love using my tomato gravy with vegetables, I didn't like how the red sauce was moving into the beautiful white wine sauce of the chicken. Stay tuned as I will fine tune this recipe in the next book!
